The Polit Bureau of the Communist Party of India (Marxist) has issued the following statement:
On Attack On J & K CM's House
The Polit Bureau of the CPI(M) strongly condemned the extremist attack on the residence of the Jammu & Kashmir Chief Minister Mufti Mohammed Sayeed. The attack by the suicide squad is yet another incident designed to disrupt any efforts to maintain normalcy and restore peace in the state.
Two BSF personnel were killed in the attack. The Polit Bureau conveys its heartfelt sympathy to their families.
